Step 1
Reserve Your Condominium
Select your building site and favorite floor plan. A $2,000 reservation deposit, that is fully refundable, will hold your site for up to fourteen days. At this time you will receive the selection list and Condominium Buyers Handbook.

Step 2
Complete Your Purchase Agreement
A deposit of $10,000 is a it takes to move forward on the purchase of your new condo. In addition to other purchase documents, the Links at Royal Scot Condominium information booklet is given to all purchasers.

You will have nine business days to review and finalize your buying decision. If you determine that this is not the right choice for you, your deposit of $12,000 will be refunded upon written request.

Step 3
Make Your Selection and Final Deposit
Our sales staff will review all of the standard and upgraded features available.

A final deposit will be determined according to your final plans and will be the last payment required until closing.

*For new builds the final deposit will be collected at the time the shingles are on the roof.
